Welcome

Founded in 1961, the Sacramento County Taxpayers League is comprised of a diverse group of business, professional and industrial organizations, together with prominent local individuals and residents of every age and social strata, who are greatly concerned with our community and the most effective use of our tax dollars. The League supports full implementation of Propositions 13, 62 and 218, the Gann Spending Limit and the privatization of some County and City functions.

If you are concerned about these and other tax related issues and about how elected officials are spending your tax dollars, please join your friends and business associates by becoming a member today.

A Speaker for Your Group
The Taxpayers League has speakers available to talk to your group regarding current, and past, taxpayer concerns involving local, regional and statewide issues. Just call us or send an email.

Annual Dinner
Each year the League puts on a special annual event, featuring a keynote speaker well known to California residents.

This year's dinner is on April 26, 2012 (sorry for the short notice). Our Keynote ` Speaker is retired Sheriff John McGinness. Contact us for more information.
